Layaway Policy


Customers may choose Layaway through O’Lover Hats with a deposit of 1/3 price.
The purchase must be paid in full within 90 days.  Deposit is nonrefundable.

  1. BulletMeasure Your Head
    Determine this by using a dress measuring tape or other soft string.  Pull it around the circumference of your head just above your ears and your brow line, or where you want your hat to sit.  Pull the measure tight with two fingers between it and your head to ensure a good comfortable fit.  Mark your measure precisely.  Record the size in inches.  This is a very important step; if you are off by 1/2’’ your hat will not fit well.

  2. BulletPlace Your Order
    Contact O’Lover Hats and place order of the style, color, trim and size.  Please allow that subtle variations in each hat are part of the hand-made process.  Choose whether you want to pick up your hat or have it shipped to you.

  3. BulletLook forward to Receiving Your Hat
    Made to Order hats typically take 2 -4 weeks from the date of order until they are ready to pick up or ship.  Custom work takes 3-5 weeks.  If you need an order turned around within one week there is a $45 charge for rush order
