O’Lover Hats does not accept returns. We do stand behind the quality of our millinery work. Thus if there is a problem with a hat purchase, please contact within 30 days and we will be happy to accommodate the issue presented.
With the purchase of each hat you receive a complementary re-blocking within the first year of purchase. The inner sweatband ribbon has a guarantee that allows for its complementary replacement within the first three years of purchase. Receipts are necessary for these services.
