O’Lover Hats accepts Visa and Mastercard.
O’Lover Hats does not accept returns. We do stand behind the quality of our work. Thus if there is a problem with your hat order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to fix the issue presented.
With the purchase of each hat you receive a complementary re-blocking within the first year of purchase.
O’Lover Hats does not store completed hats and is not responsible for hats that are not picked up within 30 days of notice of completion. If you are unable to pick up your hat within a month's time, we will bill you for shipping charges.
All shipping is made UPS and is trackable.
